I love it I have been the same weight for a while now but I weighed a lot more before then. I haven’t been on a diet since 82 when I ate 1000 calories a day. Although I did lose weight I did get it back eventually & a little etra for trying to trick my body. I would love to buy your CD’s as I have arthritis in both knees & walk with a cane or a walker on bad days, so, I don’t exercise. I sit at the computer all day with a short break at 0 PM to watch the Tube for 2 1/2 hours. Then it’s back to the computer.Anyway to make a short story longer, I don’t have the cake at this time but will keep the site bookmarked & when I have the $$$ I will get it and hope it does all you say.
John, one place to start is to look at your daily eating habits. If you put sugar-filled soda pop in the gas tank of your car it would sputter if it would run at all. So why put an excess of those types of things into your body? Your diet should be a healthy balance of lean proteins, FRESH vegetables (cooked as little as possible and best when raw) and healthy carbohydrates (if it’s white and it’s a carbohydrate it’s probably not healthy. And if it’s processed, regardless of the color, it’s almost never a good carbohydrate).
After you address the food issue then there are two other areas that contribute to the amount of energy you have. Whether you’re getting adequate sleep and some type of exercise at least three days a week.
I’m a big guy. since I’ve been out of work, I’ve gotten visibly fat, in 3 years, going from 200 lbs to 280 lbs. After a while, despair got to me, I just didn’t feel like doing anything. Since my brother convinced me to Start an eBay business, and I have to go out more look for material to sell, I’ve had felt more active and energetic. I’ve already lost 2 lbs in the short time I’ve been slightly more active. Do you think that a jump in activity sparks the metabolism process?
